Patrick Frost

Advisor/Coach

Patrick Frost serves as an Advisor for the NorCal Pharaohs and is currently a member of the coaching staff for Jessup Men’s Basketball in the 2024-25 season. With a wealth of experience from the PacWest Conference, Frost has previously coached at Hawaii Pacific and Point Loma. Frost has a proven track record of success, strong work ethic, recruitment expertise, deep game knowledge, and his commitment to mentoring student-athletes.


Prior to joining Jessup, Frost was the Associate Head Coach at Hawaii Pacific, where he played a key role in leading the Sharks to an 18-11 record, including a 13-7 mark in conference play and a spot in the PacWest Tournament.


Before that, Frost spent three seasons at Point Loma as an assistant coach, contributing to an impressive 41-10 record. Each of those seasons culminated in an NCAA Division II National Tournament appearance. During the 2019-20 season, Frost helped guide the team to a PacWest Championship with a 24-6 record. In his final season with the team, he focused on defense, which was pivotal to the squad's 16-4 conference record and another National Tournament berth.



In addition to his roles at Hawaii Pacific and Point Loma, Frost has coached at Western Oregon and served as a video coordinator at both the University of San Diego and Whitworth University.
